These UK Voucher Terms & Conditions apply to UK facing travel vouchers supplied, arranged, promoted, auctioned, or made available by or through Phoenix Travel Partners, LLC, approved distributors, Givergy, charity auctions, fundraising events, event organizers, auction platforms, approved resellers, or other authorized resale channels.
These terms apply together with the package-specific description, inclusions, exclusions, important details, redemption instructions, booking confirmation, and supplier terms for the relevant travel package.
A voucher is not a confirmed booking. Travel is confirmed only when Phoenix Travel Partners, LLC or the appointed supplier issues written booking confirmation.
All packages are subject to availability, supplier inventory, seasonal demand, blackout dates, event restrictions, and booking confirmation.
Unless the package description expressly says otherwise, flights, airport transfers, passports, visas, travel insurance, meals, drinks, gratuities, hotel/resort fees, city taxes, tourist taxes, local fees, optional upgrades, and personal expenses are not included.
Booking requests must be submitted at least 60 days before travel. Reservations may not be requested more than 6 months in advance unless the supplier allows otherwise. Travel must be booked within 12 months of voucher issuance and completed within 18 months of voucher issuance, except where a longer period or paid-value protection is required by applicable law.
Voucher issuance, purchase, winning bid, or transfer does not guarantee preferred dates, specific hotels, specific room types, specific suppliers, upgrades, attraction access, public ceremonies, natural phenomena, or specific experiences unless confirmed in writing.
Where a package is sold through approved distributors, Givergy, a charity, fundraising event, auction platform, or other resale channel, that party is responsible for auction administration, bidding rules, payment collection, donation statements, tax statements, platform fees, and legal compliance for its own sale or promotion.
No cash alternative is available except where required by law.
In these terms:
“Phoenix,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Phoenix Travel Partners, LLC.
“Voucher” means the electronic or physical redemption document issued or authorised for the travel package described in the approved package listing.
“Traveller” means the person or persons who redeem, book, participate in, or travel under the voucher.
“Package” means the travel arrangement, accommodation, activity, tour, dining experience, transportation, or other travel services described in the approved package listing.
“Supplier” means any independent hotel, tour operator, transportation provider, restaurant, venue, attraction, guide, activity provider, rail operator, vessel operator, aircraft operator, ground handler, or other third party involved in providing the package.
“Approved resale channel” means approved distributors, Givergy, a participating charity, event organizer, auction platform, fundraising platform, or other reseller approved by Phoenix in writing.
“Package-specific terms” means the package title, description, inclusions, exclusions, important details, restrictions, booking instructions, supplier requirements, and booking confirmation for a specific package.
“Mandatory law” means any consumer, package travel, insolvency protection, advertising, data protection, gambling, fundraising, health and safety, accessibility, or other law that cannot legally be waived or limited by these terms.
These terms apply to all UK-facing vouchers supplied, arranged, promoted, auctioned, resold, redeemed, or fulfilled through Phoenix or an approved resale channel.
By bidding on, purchasing, accepting, gifting, redeeming, booking, or travelling under a voucher, the purchaser, recipient, and traveler agree to these terms, the package-specific terms, and all applicable supplier terms.
If there is a conflict, the following order applies to the fullest extent permitted by law:
No reseller, auction platform, charity, event organizer, fundraiser, bidder, donor, or third party may change these terms or make promises on behalf of Phoenix unless Phoenix has approved the change or promise in writing.
A voucher is a redemption document for the package described in the approved package listing.
A voucher is not a confirmed reservation, confirmed hotel booking, confirmed tour booking, airline ticket, rail ticket unless expressly stated, insurance product, cash equivalent, debit card, credit card, or open-ended travel credit.
A voucher is valid only when issued or authorized through Phoenix or an approved resale channel. Phoenix may decline, suspend, or require verification of any voucher that appears to be altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, resold through an unauthorized channel, or marketed in a way that materially differs from Phoenix-approved terms, except where prohibited by law.
Voucher issuance, purchase, winning bid, donation, transfer, or receipt does not guarantee preferred travel dates, specific hotels, specific rooms, specific suppliers, specific vehicles, specific routes, specific venues, upgrades, attraction access, public ceremonies, natural phenomena, or specific experiences unless confirmed in writing by Phoenix or the appointed supplier.
Phoenix arranges travel packages through independent third-party suppliers.
Phoenix does not own, operate, manage, or control the hotels, vehicles, aircraft, vessels, trains, attractions, venues, restaurants, public ceremonies, government sites, roads, waterways, weather conditions, natural phenomena, guides, activity providers, or other supplier services included in or related to a package.
Supplier services are subject to supplier availability, supplier terms, supplier safety rules, local law, operating conditions, and destination conditions.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any mandatory rights a traveler may have under applicable package travel, consumer protection, negligence, data protection, insolvency protection, passenger rights, or other laws.
Some packages may be treated as package travel or linked travel arrangements under applicable UK package travel laws, depending on how the package is marketed, sold, combined, priced, and fulfilled.
Where Phoenix is legally treated as the organizer of a package, Phoenix will comply with the organizer obligations that apply to Phoenix under mandatory law.
Where another party is identified as the organizer, retailer, seller, or contracting party for a particular package, that party is responsible for the obligations that apply to its role under mandatory law.
Where mandatory package travel rules apply, these terms will be read together with those rules and will not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or reduced.
Each package listing or booking document should identify the organizer or contracting party where required by law. If the organizer is not clear from the package listing, the purchaser or traveler should request clarification before bidding, purchasing, redeeming, or booking.
Where UK package travel law requires standard information forms, insolvency protection details, financial protection details, organizer details, retailer details, emergency contact information, or other pre-contract information, the relevant organizer or retailer must provide those details before the traveler is bound by the applicable package travel contract.
Where Phoenix is legally required to provide insolvency protection or financial protection for a package, Phoenix will provide the applicable details in the package-specific documents, voucher, booking confirmation, or other durable medium.
Where approved distributors, Givergy, a charity, event organizer, auction platform, or another party is the organizer, retailer, seller, or contracting party, that party is responsible for any financial protection, pre-contract disclosure, standard information form, auction disclosure, donation disclosure, or consumer disclosure required for its role.
Phoenix is not responsible for the insolvency, non-payment, payment processing failure, chargeback, platform failure, or financial failure of approved distributor, Givergy, any charity, event organizer, auction platform, payment processor, or other reseller, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where a package is sold, promoted, auctioned, raffled where approved, donated, or distributed through approved distributors, Givergy, a charity, fundraising platform, event organizer, auction host, payment processor, or other resale channel, that party is responsible for its own auction process, bidding rules, payment collection, payment processing, platform fees, card fees, chargebacks, bidder communications, donation statements, tax statements, Gift Aid statements, charitable receipts, resale pricing, and legal compliance.
Phoenix is not responsible for any representation, omission, guarantee, upgrade promise, refund promise, hotel promise, date promise, tax statement, donation statement, Gift Aid statement, or package description made by a reseller, charity, event organizer, auction platform, or other third party unless Phoenix approved it in writing.
No reseller, charity, event organizer, auction platform, fundraiser, or other third party is authorized to:
Any stated package value, guide value, retail value, estimated value, comparable value, or “worth” amount is provided for general reference only.
Values may vary by date, season, supplier rates, room availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates, destination charges, demand, and market conditions.
Any winning bid, donation amount, auction premium, resale markup, platform fee, buyer fee, processing fee, Gift Aid amount, or amount paid above the stated package value is determined by the reseller, charity, event organizer, auction platform, or bidder.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, any amount paid above the Phoenix-approved stated package value or the amount paid to Phoenix:
Phoenix makes no representation regarding donation value, tax deductibility, Gift Aid eligibility, charitable contribution treatment, auction value, resale value, market value, or fair market value.
Package inclusions are limited to the items expressly listed in the approved package description and confirmed booking documents.
Unless expressly stated in the package description or booking confirmation, the following are not included:
Package components must be used in one booking unless the package-specific terms expressly allow otherwise. Packages may not be split, partially redeemed, exchanged, or substituted by the traveler except where Phoenix or the supplier agrees in writing or where required by law.
Unless the package-specific terms state otherwise, hotel stays are based on two travelers sharing one standard room.
Hotel property, location, star rating, room category, bedding, view, amenities, check-in time, check-out time, deposits, incidental hold policies, resort fees, amenity fees, local taxes, and hotel policies are subject to supplier availability and confirmation.
Hotel star ratings may be based on supplier designation, recognized travel-industry rating sources, local classification systems, or other commonly used rating references. Star ratings may vary between platforms and countries.
Phoenix may use comparable accommodation where the originally anticipated hotel, room category, location, or supplier is unavailable, withdrawn, closed, overbooked, changed, unsafe, unsuitable, or affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Booking requests must be submitted at least 60 days before intended travel.
Reservations may not be requested more than 6 months in advance unless the appointed supplier permits otherwise.
Travel must be booked within 12 months of voucher issuance and completed within 18 months of voucher issuance, except where a longer period or paid-value protection is required by applicable law.
Voucher validity runs from the original date of voucher issuance unless Phoenix confirms a different date in writing.
There is no separate “activation” period unless expressly stated in writing by Phoenix. Any previous wording referring to activation should be read as referring to voucher issuance unless Phoenix confirms otherwise in writing.
All booking requests are subject to availability, supplier inventory, destination conditions, seasonal demand, operational requirements, and written confirmation.
A booking is not confirmed until Phoenix or the appointed supplier issues written confirmation. Verbal discussions, requested dates, online enquiries, email requests, voucher issuance, purchase, winning bid, or payment do not constitute confirmed travel.
Blackout dates, peak-season restrictions, holiday restrictions, event restrictions, minimum-stay rules, supplier surcharges, destination surcharges, and date supplements may apply.
Restricted or higher-demand periods may include Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, school holidays, bank holidays, peak summer periods, festivals, sporting events, concerts, conventions, trade shows, fashion weeks, citywide events, national holidays, and other high-demand periods.
Supplier availability and pricing may change between voucher issuance and booking request. If the preferred dates are unavailable, Phoenix or the appointed supplier may offer alternative dates, comparable suppliers, or other options.
Any surcharge or additional cost must be disclosed before the traveler confirms the affected booking or change, except where the charge is imposed by a supplier, government, destination authority, or other third party after confirmation and may lawfully be passed on.
Before a package is confirmed, availability, pricing, taxes, fees, and supplier charges may change.
After a package travel contract is confirmed, any price increase will be handled only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the confirmed booking terms.
Where UK package travel law applies, price increases after confirmation may be made only where legally permitted, such as changes in fuel or power costs, taxes or fees, or exchange rates, and the traveler will have any corresponding price-reduction rights required by law.
Where UK package travel law applies and a permitted price increase exceeds the legal threshold that gives the traveler cancellation rights, Phoenix or the applicable organizer will provide the required notice and options.
Phoenix and its suppliers may make minor or insignificant changes to accommodations, suppliers, venues, routes, timings, guides, vehicles, restaurants, menus, activity formats, meeting points, or experiences where reasonably necessary.
Phoenix and its suppliers may make substitutions of comparable accommodations, suppliers, venues, routes, dining, vehicles, activities, guides, or experiences where reasonably necessary due to availability, supplier changes, closures, maintenance, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, local restrictions, destination conditions, overbooking, insolvency of a supplier, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a proposed change is material and mandatory law gives the traveler specific rights, Phoenix or the applicable organizer will provide the remedy required by law, which may include accepting the change, accepting a suitable alternative where available, receiving a price reduction where required, or cancelling with a refund where required.
A voucher may be gifted before a booking is confirmed, provided the recipient meets all traveler requirements and the transfer is notified during redemption.
After booking confirmation, traveler name changes, date changes, destination changes, supplier changes, hotel changes, or transfers are subject to supplier approval, applicable law, administrative fees, rate differences, and supplier costs.
Once travel arrangements are confirmed, bookings are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly permitted by Phoenix or the appointed supplier.
Reasonable change requests may be considered before travel, subject to availability, supplier rules, deadlines, administrative fees, rate differences, and supplier charges.
Where UK package travel law applies, a completed package travel contract may be transferable to another eligible traveler where required by law, subject to proper notice, supplier requirements, and reasonable costs.
No cash alternative is available except where required by law.
Phoenix, the applicable organizer, or the appointed supplier may cancel or modify a package where necessary due to supplier cancellation, lack of availability, unsafe conditions, weather, destination restrictions, government action, public health restrictions, operational issues, force majeure, failure of the traveler to provide required information, failure of the traveler to pay required charges, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where mandatory law requires a refund, alternative arrangement, price reduction, or other remedy, the required remedy will be provided.
Where a package cannot be fulfilled as described, Phoenix may offer a comparable alternative, alternative dates, comparable accommodation, comparable experience, or other remedy, subject to supplier availability and mandatory law.
Phoenix is not responsible for refunding amounts that Phoenix did not receive, such as auction premiums, charity donations, buyer fees, platform fees, processing fees, tax-deductible amounts, or reseller markups, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they:
Phoenix is not responsible for losses, missed services, denied entry, denied boarding, denied participation, cancellation charges, or additional costs caused by a traveler’s failure to meet these responsibilities, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Passports, visas, entry authorizations, transit documents, travel permits, health certificates, driving permits, and government-issued identification are the traveler’s responsibility.
Phoenix and its suppliers may provide general information, but they do not provide legal, immigration, passport, visa, tax, medical, or insurance advice.
No refund will be due for denied entry, denied boarding, missed travel, missed tours, or unused services caused by incomplete, invalid, expired, incorrect, or delayed travel documents, except where required by law.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and may be required for certain packages or activities.
Travel insurance should cover, as appropriate, trip cancellation, trip interruption, supplier failure, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, repatriation, baggage, personal liability, weather disruption, adventure activities, winter sports, water activities, aviation activities, driving activities, and pre-existing medical conditions.
Insurance is not included unless expressly stated in the package description or booking confirmation.
Some packages may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, water activities, winter activities, driving, boating, aviation, animals, alcohol tastings, heights, heat, cold, uneven terrain, early departures, night-time conditions, or other risks.
Participation is subject to supplier safety rules, local law, weather conditions, operating conditions, and the supplier’s judgment.
Travelers may be required to sign supplier waivers, provide identification, provide proof of age or licence, disclose medical restrictions, wear safety equipment, follow instructions, and meet age, weight, height, health, mobility, or driving requirements.
A supplier may refuse participation where the supplier reasonably believes the traveler does not meet requirements, is impaired, is unsafe, has failed to follow instructions, lacks required documents, or presents a risk to themselves or others.
No refund will be due where participation is refused because of a traveler’s failure to meet disclosed requirements, provide required documents, follow instructions, or comply with safety rules, except where required by law.
Packages involving alcohol tastings, bars, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, breweries, cocktail experiences, or similar services are subject to local drinking-age laws, identification requirements, responsible-service rules, supplier policies, and availability.
Travelers who do not meet legal drinking-age requirements may be refused alcohol service. Non-alcoholic alternatives may be provided where available but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Phoenix is not responsible for denied alcohol service, denied venue entry, or modified experiences caused by age, identification, intoxication, conduct, local law, or supplier policy.
Travelers should notify Phoenix or the appointed supplier of accessibility needs, mobility needs, dietary requirements, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, service-animal requirements, or other special requirements at the time of booking request.
Phoenix and its suppliers will make reasonable efforts to communicate confirmed requests to suppliers, but special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Some destinations, hotels, vehicles, activities, historic sites, outdoor locations, vessels, aircraft, attractions, and venues may not be fully accessible.
Where mandatory law requires particular assistance or accommodation, Phoenix or the applicable supplier will comply to the extent required by law.
All packages are subject to the terms, policies, waivers, safety rules, conduct rules, age requirements, weight restrictions, dress codes, licensing rules, alcohol-service rules, photography rules, security screening, and operating procedures of the appointed suppliers.
By redeeming or participating in a package, travelers agree to comply with all supplier requirements.
Supplier terms do not reduce any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Public ceremonies, government sites, royal events, religious events, Vatican events, museums, castles, attractions, restaurants, named venues, natural phenomena, wildlife, aurora sightings, weather-dependent activities, sailing routes, helicopter flights, balloon flights, water activities, road routes, distillery visits, winery visits, and similar elements are subject to scheduling, weather, safety, security, official decisions, closures, capacity controls, supplier operations, and local conditions.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Phoenix does not guarantee access, visibility, seating, specific routes, specific stops, specific venues, specific named suppliers, natural phenomena, public ceremonies, wildlife sightings, or uninterrupted operation of any attraction or experience.
Comparable alternatives may be offered where reasonably available and appropriate.
Travelers must notify Phoenix, the applicable organizer, or the appointed supplier without undue delay if there is a problem with any travel service.
Travelers should give Phoenix or the supplier a reasonable opportunity to review and remedy the issue during travel where possible.
Failure to report a problem promptly may limit Phoenix’s ability to help and may affect available remedies, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Where UK package travel law applies, organizer responsibilities, alternative arrangements, assistance obligations, price reductions, refunds, and compensation rights will apply to the extent required by law.
If a traveler is in difficulty during travel, Phoenix or the applicable organizer will provide assistance required by mandatory law. Phoenix may charge a reasonable fee for assistance where the difficulty was caused intentionally by the traveler or by the traveler’s negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the end of travel, unless a longer period is required by law.
Complaints should include the voucher number, booking confirmation number, traveler names, travel dates, package name, description of the issue, supporting documents, receipts, photographs where relevant, and the remedy requested.
Phoenix will review complaints in good faith and may request information from suppliers, resellers, or travelers before responding.
Complaints relating to auction administration, bidding, payment collection, platform fees, donation statements, tax statements, Gift Aid, or reseller conduct should be directed to the reseller, charity, event organizer, auction platform, or payment processor responsible for that issue.
Phoenix may collect, receive, use, store, and share traveler information as reasonably necessary to administer, arrange, book, fulfil, support, and review packages.
Traveler information may include names, contact details, addresses, dates of birth, passport or identification details where required, travel preferences, accessibility requests, dietary requirements, medical or health-related information where necessary, emergency contact details, payment-related information where applicable, and booking communications.
Phoenix may share traveler information with suppliers, Bracken Consultants, Givergy, charities, event organizers, payment processors, technology providers, insurers, professional advisers, and service providers where reasonably necessary for booking, fulfilment, customer service, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or business administration.
Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, Phoenix will use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.
Phoenix’s separate Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal data. If Phoenix does not yet have a public Privacy Notice, one should be created and linked from this page.
Vouchers may not be copied, altered, sold through unauthorized channels, used for misleading advertising, or redeemed fraudulently.
Phoenix may require proof of voucher ownership, identity, purchase, auction award, or authorized transfer before accepting a redemption request.
Phoenix may decline or suspend redemption of a voucher that appears to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered, unauthorized, unpaid, stolen, transferred in violation of these terms, or promoted with unapproved terms, except where prohibited by law.
Lost or stolen vouchers should be reported promptly. Replacement is not guaranteed and may require verification.
This package may be offered as an approved auction item or fundraising item through authorized resale or event channels.
It may not be used as part of any raffle, lottery, prize draw, sweepstakes, contest, game of chance, or other regulated promotion unless such use is permitted by applicable law and approved in writing by Phoenix Travel Partners, LLC.
The promoter, charity, fundraiser, auction platform, or event organizer is solely responsible for any required rules, permits, registrations, licenses, disclosures, tax statements, donation statements, winner communications, and legal compliance.
Phoenix and its suppliers are not responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, interruptions, losses, additional costs, or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Such circumstances may include weather, storms, floods, fire, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, public health restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, transport disruption, road closures, airspace restrictions, maritime restrictions, government action, border restrictions, visa delays, war, terrorism, civil unrest, security incidents, cyber incidents, utility failures, supplier insolvency, venue closures, attraction closures, operational restrictions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
Where mandatory law requires a refund, alternative arrangement, assistance, or other remedy in these circumstances, the required remedy will be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix and its suppliers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business losses, including loss of enjoyment beyond any compensation required by mandatory law, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or costs relating to arrangements not booked through Phoenix.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix is not responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, interruptions, losses, additional costs, or damages caused by traveler action, third-party action, supplier action, weather, transportation disruption, destination conditions, government action, public health restrictions, security incidents, venue closures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix’s total liability for any voucher or package is limited to the amount paid to Phoenix for the relevant voucher or package, or the minimum liability limit required by applicable law if a higher statutory minimum applies.
Where UK package travel law applies and compensation may lawfully be limited, any limitation will not apply to personal injury, damage caused intentionally or with negligence, liability that cannot legally be limited, or any statutory minimum compensation limit that applies.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, statutory package travel rights, or any other liability or traveler right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any compensation, refund, price reduction, chargeback, insurance recovery, supplier refund, passenger-rights payment, or other recovery received by a traveler may be taken into account to prevent double recovery, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a package includes rail, ferry, air, coach, vessel, helicopter, aircraft, or other passenger transport, the traveler may have rights under passenger-rights laws, supplier conditions, international conventions, or local regulations.
Supplier transport terms, safety requirements, check-in rules, identification requirements, luggage rules, weather rules, and operational rules apply.
Nothing in these terms limits passenger rights that cannot legally be waived.
Travelers are responsible for all taxes, fees, deposits, incidentals, local charges, destination charges, city taxes, tourist taxes, resort fees, amenity fees, port fees, marina fees, facility fees, security deposits, insurance excesses, and optional costs unless expressly stated as included.
If a package listing does not expressly say a tax, fee, charge, or deposit is included, it should be treated as excluded.
Where mandatory law requires a fee or charge to be disclosed before the traveler is bound, the responsible seller, organizer, retailer, reseller, or supplier must provide that disclosure.
Phoenix does not provide legal, tax, immigration, visa, passport, medical, health, safety, financial, insurance, charitable donation, Gift Aid, or accounting advice.
Travelers, purchasers, donors, charities, and event organizers should seek advice from qualified advisers where needed.
Phoenix uses reasonable efforts to keep package descriptions and terms accurate.
Images, examples, hotel names, supplier names, routes, landmarks, menus, vehicles, amenities, room photographs, and experience photographs may be illustrative unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Marketing language such as “luxury,” “premium,” “curated,” “iconic,” “VIP,” or similar descriptive terms is intended to describe the style or positioning of the package and does not guarantee a specific hotel, supplier, view, upgrade, celebrity access, exclusive access, private access, or specific outcome unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The version of these terms in effect on the voucher issuance date applies unless Phoenix publishes a later version that is more favorable to the traveler or a change is required by law.
Phoenix may update these terms from time to time. Updates will not remove mandatory rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, unfair, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where possible.
The remaining terms will continue to apply.
If Phoenix does not enforce a term immediately, that does not mean Phoenix has waived the right to enforce that term later.
For UK-facing consumer vouchers, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer, package travel, data protection, insolvency protection, advertising, gambling, fundraising, or other laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot legally be waived.
Travelers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also have mandatory local rights that cannot be waived.
Phoenix’s business-to-business transactions with Bracken Consultants, Givergy, resellers, charities, event organizers, or other commercial parties are governed by the law and venue stated in the applicable Phoenix reseller, wholesale, purchase order, or commercial agreement.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or traveler rights that cannot legally be limited.
